Booking | Cancellations | Rescheduling

All appointments require a non-refundable retainer fee that will be credited towards your balance. Should you need to reschedule, your retainer fee will be applied to your future appointment. Should you need to reschedule more than once, you will need to make a new retainer fee.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to notify us before the 24 hour period will result in complete forfeiture of deposit. No call, no show will result in a 75% charge of the scheduled service amount. Last minute cancellations will result a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds or exchanges. All purchases and treatments are final sale.

Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During holidays, please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Payments

We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Photo ID must be presented for all credit card purchases.

We offer AfterPay and Cherry Financing for all treatments and packages over $250.
